Are you a compassionate and dedicated RN looking to make a meaningful impact in the fight against substance abuse? Granite Recovery Center is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team at our residential treatment facility. You'll be on the front lines of helping individuals overcome addiction and reclaim their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient admissions including assessments, paperwork, orientation, and urinalysis collection.
- Administer TB tests and monitor for signs of intoxication or withdrawal.
- Provide direct care in detox and residential units under nursing leadership.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs).
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate patient documentation.
- Offer emotional support and crisis intervention as needed.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards in all duties.
Qualifications
- RN license in the State of New Hampshire (unrestricted)
- CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogen certifications
- 1+ year of experience in detox, emergency, or med-surge preferred
- Knowledge of addiction treatment and detox protocols strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must pass background and drug screening checks
