What You’ll Do:
As a Recovery Case Manager (RCM), you’ll play a vital role in guiding clients through their recovery journey. You’ll be their primary support, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and connections they need for a successful transition post-treatment.
✅ One-on-one client meetings to track progress and support recovery
✅ Primary liaison for families, loved ones, and referral sources
✅ Develop and implement personalized aftercare plans
✅ Assist clients with essential services (court hearings, unemployment applications, FMLA, and more)
✅ Monitor and document client progress while fostering accountability
✅ Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless client care

What You Bring:
✔ High school diploma or GED (required)
✔ Extensive experience in Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder treatment
✔ Strong time management & multitasking skills
✔ Excellent communication (written, electronic, and verbal)
✔ Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
